VZ-TEC Easy Bucker VZ1000 Hemp Debudder & Bucking Machine

The VZ-TEC Easy Bucker VZ1000 is the last dry-bucking machine you will invest in for a long time. With a capacity of 1,000 pounds of industrial-grade hemp, the VZ1000 gives you processor-ready products in an hour. Fitted with two (2) single-horsepower Baldor motors on a variable speed optidrive, the VZ1000 has an adjustable height of up to 80 inches and a locking tilt of up to 90 degrees, making it adaptable to different sizes of operations.

The VZ1000 uses eight (8) food-grade removable poly brushes approved by the FDA with an adjustable frequency drive. These brushes make the perfect consistency for CBD or oil extraction.

Featuring a conveyor-ready hopper, you can integrate the VZ1000 with other machines for a smooth transition between processes. With two E-stops, the VZ1000 adheres to the highest safety standards. It has a durable feel with a mild-grade powder-coated steel build.

The VZ1000 has a one-year warranty on parts, should you need any replacement.

Warranty

VZ-TEC, LLC. ("VZ-TEC”) WARRANTS by this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) that its products (“Products”) will perform their intended function provided that the Products are correctly installed and set-up in accordance with the manufacturer’s. This Warranty is given to the original owner of the Products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year after delivery. This Warranty extends only to installations where the Product is operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. 

VZ-TEC’S obligation under this Warranty, and the exclusive remedy under any other warranty, expressed or implied, or in contract or otherwise, is limited to repair or replacement of the Product with an equivalent product as it shall be determined by its sole discretion upon examination by qualified personnel, as approved by VZ-TEC, and only to that material produced or fabricated at our factory or by authorized contractor. If replacement is not commercially practical, VZ-TEC will at its option, refund the purchase price to the original owner, not including labor or freight cost to remove or replace the Product. This Warranty is non-transferrable and extends to the original owner only. The erection, installation or set-up if done by VZ-TEC or VZ-TEC’s authorized representative is not warranted. 

VZ-TEC reserves the right to examine the Product during the warranty period and investigate any and all claims against this Limited Warranty. Operation and maintenance of the equipment must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
