The Cluster Bucker sets a bold new standard for efficiency and throughput. The dual drive belts, combined with the new die plate design (both patent pending), let you buck much larger branch clusters. This means more buds are bucked with every branch feed, which increases throughput for each operator and decreases the time and labor needed for harvest.

Dual 1 HP motors drive the belt cassettes, giving the machine the necessary grip and power to buck larger branches and branch clusters. As less branch breakdown and stem prep are necessary, the Cluster Bucker will buck more material with each pull, in less time, than any other bucker on the market.
IKeyhole Die Plate
The keyhole style die plate (patent pending) features strategically placed holes that let gravity assist in pulling the branch cluster down and through the tapered slot. This new die plate is designed for those seeking the highest throughput possible.
Upstream Efficiency
Throughput is only 1 aspect of harvest efficiency. The Cluster Bucker also increases upstream efficiency by reducing branch breakdown and stem prep. This offers major time and labor savings before you even start bucking.
Maintenance & Cleaning
The Cluster Bucker is engineered for easy service and cleaning: Protection hoods and faceplate feature tool-less removal. Each belt cassette is easily removed with only 4 fasteners. The entire unit is washdown rated for fast and easy cleaning. Dual compound belts reduce resin buildup and cleaning time.
